The Southern California Geobiology Symposium is an opportunity for undergraduate students, graduate students and post docs to present their research in disciplines encompassed by the interdisciplinary field of geobiology. Disciplines that are included under the umbrella of geobiology include geology, geochemistry, biology, astrobiology, microbiology, oceanography, paleobiology/-ecology and environmental sciences. The conference is open to graduate students and post docs at variety of campuses located throughout Southern and Central California and Arizona.
